When history and virtual reality meet for a journey into the city's cultural heritage. Few months ago, View Rome was conceived by the Lazio Region through Filas as part of the actions of the District Technology for Cultural Heritage of the Lazio Region. Augmented reality applications and virtual reconstructions integrate the art collections of the Museo di Roma - Palazzo Braschi and the treasuresof Rome.
A free application available for download from Itunes. Visits to the museum and the city can be arranged by halls (visit the museum) or by theme paths (visit the city). An easy way to get accessible and transferable multimedia content:, 17 3D models of monuments and over 100 historical maps.

The Multimedia Room is open during the opening hours of the museum: Tuesday-Sunday: 10:00-20:00; Monday: closed.
